CE distributes HVAC and Refrigeration equipment, aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories from industry-leading brands. The CE New Graduate Rotational Program is designed for entry-level candidates eager to learn and grow within a people-first culture. Participants will spend approximately 12 months developing skills across multiple organizational aspects through cross-functional, hands-on learning. Upon successful completion, trainees will be equipped to provide the highest level of customer service and will have opportunities to discuss career paths and professional goals.

- Product and sales knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies
- Residential/Commercial Sales
- Wholesale/Branch sales functions
- Distribution/Warehouse functions
- Creating a great customer experience
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution with a major in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field of study.
- Must have graduated within two years of obtaining the degree.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be creative, self-motivated, tenacious, ambitious, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work in changing environments and see through complexity.
- Willingness to travel during the training period.
- Ability to relocate upon completion of the training program.
- Strong interest in and desire to learn any of the following is a plus:
- Customer service
- Distribution operations
- Supply chain operations
- Store operations
- Commercial engineering
- Internship experience in any of the above fields is a plus.
