About the Role
The Food and Beverage Assistant will work on-site at Gola Sizzlers in New Delhi in a full-time capacity, supporting daily restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with food preparation.
- Organizing and presenting dishes.
- Ensuring cleanliness in service areas.
- Serving food and beverages to guests.
- Taking orders.
- Answering menu questions.
- Handling basic customer concerns promptly and courteously.
- Collaborating with kitchen and service staff to maintain consistent service standards.
- Supporting smooth shift operations, including setup and closing duties.

- Skills in Food Preparation.
- Skills in Food & Beverage operations.
- Skills in Food Service.
- Skills in Customer Service.
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to hygiene, safety, and quality standards in food handling.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or similar food service environment is an advantage.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling orders and billing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
