About the Role
This role supports the project team during the after-series preparation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently create long-term forecasts for PTN and support the annual turnover planning process.
- Support the EOS phase-out and scrapping process at AMSC.
- Define and maintain device successor and predecessor linkages.
- Ensure the correctness of device numbers in the device master data on SharePoint.
- Coordinate equipment and tooling management for project teams and OES Sales.
- Manage material and packaging pricing during the after-series phase in the systems.
- Address requirements regarding tooling documentation to the project team.
- Create sales processes and implement them in the tools.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Analytical thinking/capabilities
- Detail orientation
- Ability to reflect critically
- Technological affinity
- Good English
- Office Excel (intermediate level)
- SharePoint (basic level; higher proficiency will be considered as an advantage)
- Skills in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI would be beneficial and will be considered a plus.
