About the Role
Learning Routes is expanding its sales team and is looking for Sales Associates to join. This role is for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their career goals, and working in a target-driven environment.
Role: Sales Associate – Inside Sales
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Salary: ₹27,000–₹30,000/month
Locations: Gurugram | Noida | Mumbai | Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with working professionals and understand their career goals.
- Guide them towards relevant management programs.
- Handle calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Sales/Inside Sales/Business Development are welcome.
