Front Page Agency Inc. is expanding its presence across Arizona and is seeking motivated, people-focused individuals to join our Phoenix team as Communications Associates. This entry-level opportunity is designed for candidates interested in developing hands-on experience in communications, customer engagement, brand representation, sales, and leadership while supporting major telecommunications campaigns.

Position Overview

As a Communications Associate, you will serve as a direct connection between our clients and their customers. You'll help communicate products, services, promotions, and brand initiatives while creating a positive and professional customer experience. This is an in-person, customer-facing position. No extensive industry experience is required. We provide training and ongoing coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally during face-to-face customer interactions
• Communicate product, service, and promotional information clearly and accurately
• Assist customers with questions and identify solutions based on their needs
• Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives
• Participate in retail, event, promotional, and community-based campaigns
• Build positive relationships with customers and community members
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives
• Maintain knowledge of current client products and services
• Participate in ongoing communication, sales, and leadership training
• Track customer interactions and campaign results
• Assist leadership with market expansion initiatives as experience develops
