About the Role

  • Own the customer experience from first touch through go-live.
  • Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their biggest challenges and identify where STLabs can make an impact.
  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to turn opportunities into value.
  • Help define how STLabs is brought to customers and scale deployments as the company grows.
  • Eager to learn, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and excited to take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Enjoy being the person who makes things happen.
  • Comfortable walking into a room full of people you don’t know, asking the right questions, and earning their trust.
  • Ability to take an ambiguous problem, figure out what matters, and rally people around a solution.
  • Excited to find answers to problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own customer engagements: Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as their primary point of contact during pilots and deployments.
  • Understand customer pain points and translate business needs into actionable use cases and deployment plans.
  • Define and prove success: Set clear success criteria with each customer at the start of a pilot, track progress against them, and own the outcome.
  • Make deployments happen: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Forward Deployed Engineers to take pilots from concept to execution.
  • Own timelines, anticipate roadblocks, and do whatever it takes to deliver a successful outcome.
  • Drive adoption post-go-live: Train the customer’s team, get employees using STLabs in their day-to-day, and watch for drop-off after launch.
  • Bridge customers and product: Translate customer feedback and operational challenges into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Help build the playbook: Shape how STLabs scopes, executes, and scales customer deployments.

Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of professional experience.
  • Previous experience or internships in consulting, strategy and operations, business development, or customer-facing roles are a plus, but not required.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Communicate clearly, build relationships naturally, and know how to earn trust.
  • Comfortable engaging with everyone from individual contributors to senior executives.
  • Structured thinking: Ability to take an ambiguous problem, break it down into manageable pieces, and figure out a path forward.
  • Bias toward action: Take initiative, find creative solutions, and follow through.
  • Relentless curiosity: Love learning how things work, asking questions, and getting up to speed on unfamiliar topics.
  • Excited about technology and its potential to transform how businesses operate.
  • Detail-oriented: Juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the little things.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: Thrive in environments where priorities change quickly, processes aren’t always defined, and figuring things out is part of the job.
