About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated AI Development Engineer Intern to help design, build, and integrate AI features into client products. You will work full-time on-site alongside senior developers, contributing to projects such as chatbots, intelligent automation, document processing, and data-driven features within web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and test AI-powered features using LLM APIs (such as Claude and OpenAI) and open-source models
• Design and build AI agents that use tools, memory, and multi-step reasoning
• Design and refine prompts, and build simple retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
• Develop backend services and APIs (Python, FastAPI/Flask or Node.js) that serve AI functionality
• Integrate AI features into web and mobile applications
• Clean, prepare, and analyze datasets for AI features
• Evaluate output quality, fix errors, and document your work
• Research new AI tools and frameworks and share learnings with the team

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, IT, or a related field
• Solid Python fundamentals
• Knowledge of building AI agents (tool calling, agent workflows, frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph)
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and how LLMs work
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and Git
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn quickly
• Able to work on-site full-time at our Tirunelveli office for the full internship duration
