About the Role

This is a part-time, on-site Machine Learning Engineer role based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models that support Krindel’s AI cost optimization and governance features.
• Develop and evaluate algorithms.
• Build and refine neural network architectures.
• Apply pattern recognition techniques to usage and cost data.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions.
• Validate models with statistical methods.
• Ensure models are efficient, reliable, and aligned with platform performance goals.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in ML, such as Python.
• Experience with ML libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with the ability to design efficient, scalable solutions.
• Proficiency in Statistics and Pattern Recognition to analyze data, model behavior, and derive actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and modern machine learning frameworks for building and deploying models.
• Knowledge of AI/ML cost optimization, model performance tuning, and resource-efficient experimentation is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in the Greater Kolkata Area.
• Ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to document technical work effectively.
