About the Role
This is a field role with basic coordination and communication tasks. The role involves hiring and onboarding new delivery partners for Zomato.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage potential delivery partners through field visits, local campaigns, and referrals.
- Assist candidates with the onboarding process, including app installation, KYC, and training.
- Ensure delivery partners meet Zomato’s eligibility and documentation standards.
- Brief partners on payouts, incentives, app usage, and code of conduct.
- Track daily onboarding numbers and share updates with the TL.
- Support DPs with basic queries or app-related issues during onboarding.
- Target of 3 - 4 onboarding on a daily basis.
