About the Role

Position Summary
Provide comprehensive, individualized physical therapy services, including:
- Evaluation
- Treatment planning
- Functional training
- Patient education
- Development of home programs

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and create goal-driven treatment plans
- Deliver skilled therapy interventions based on best practices
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and strategies
- Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and support staff
- Accurately document patient progress and outcomes
- Foster a supportive and positive rehabilitation experience
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Current Colorado Physical Therapy license (or eligibility within 6 months)
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for empowering patients to regain function and independence
