About the Role

We are seeking an organized, motivated professional to support finance planning activities using organized spreadsheets. The role emphasizes financial reporting, budgeting support, and careful variance analysis. The position focuses on consistent, practical work and clear communication with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Check financial schedules for completeness and arithmetic accuracy.
• Present analysis findings in plain language to other team members.
• Compare actual results with budgets and prior-period figures.
• Support regular budgeting and forecast updates using supplied assumptions.
• Help prepare monthly reports with clearly labeled tables and charts.
• Maintain working files and document sources for calculations.
• Assist with preparation of forecast scenarios under team guidance.

Qualifications

• Organized approach to deadlines and document management.
• Comfort working remotely with finance and operations colleagues.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Relevant finance, accounting, or business coursework is useful.
• Comfort using Excel formulas, charts, and basic spreadsheet analysis.

Experience from related roles, internships, or individual projects can be useful preparation.
