About the Role
A respected financial services firm is seeking an Operations Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with banking, customer service, business, or accounting experience who wants to build a long-term career in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client accounts and operational processes
- Prepare and process account paperwork, transfers, wires, and transactions
- Assist with client meetings, reporting, and tax documentation
- Coordinate with clients, advisors, custodians, and internal teams
- Help maintain accurate records and provide exceptional client service
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excel and CRM experience preferred
- Professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong customer service or client-facing experience
- Banking, accounting, finance, or investment operations experience is a plus
