About the Role

The Owner role at Quest Cash is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining and executing overall business strategy.
• Managing the platform’s marketplace dynamics between brands and consumers.
• Guiding product and service offerings in digital marketing, reputation management, and reward-based advertising.
• Leading financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Building and maintaining key partnerships with businesses, agencies, and technology vendors.
• Supervising team members.
• Setting operational processes.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Representing Quest Cash in meetings, events, and external communications.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in digital marketing, online reputation management, and brand visibility, preferably within platform or marketplace-based businesses.
• Strong understanding of consumer engagement, reward-based advertising models, and data-driven growth strategies.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, analytics tools, and basic legal/compliance considerations for online businesses.

Qualifications

• Business leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and team leadership.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Background in entrepreneurship, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a founder, owner, or senior leader is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
