Founding Product Engineer, AI & Growth Systems

We're building software to change how growth teams work. We move fast, ship early, and build around real problems, not hypothetical use cases. You'll work across the stack, building integrations with ad platforms and customer data systems, AI workflows, and the interfaces and infrastructure that make them useful in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship end-to-end product features, from the first prototype to production.
• Build APIs, data pipelines, and integrations with external platforms.
• Develop AI agent workflows that can take useful actions, with proper testing, observability, and human approval where needed.
• Work directly with the founding team to turn messy customer problems into working software.
• Move fast, test ideas in the real world, and improve what you ship.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Someone who has shipped real software and can take ownership without waiting for a detailed spec.
• Comfortable working across frontend and backend.
• Proficient with APIs and databases.
• Understands that building reliable AI products takes more than calling an LLM API.
• Python or TypeScript.
• SQL.
• Experience deploying production software.
