Accounts Receivable Trainer

About the Role

The Accounts Receivable Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves designing and delivering training programs focused on accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and small-group sessions.
• Develop training materials, case studies, and assessments.
• Provide hands-on guidance to learners on tools and systems commonly used in AR operations.
• Evaluate learner performance.
• Update content based on industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align training with organizational standards.
• Offer ongoing mentoring and support to help learners succeed in practical AR roles.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with common accounting or ERP software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation.
• Experience creating and delivering structured training content, presentations, and practical exercises.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and explain them clearly to learners with varied backgrounds.
• Effective communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on learner engagement.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and a process-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in a trainer, AR specialist, or finance operations role, preferably in a corporate or training setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site in Noida and collaborating within a cross-functional team environment.
• Willingness to continuously update training materials based on changing industry standards and best practices.
