About the Role
PHMG is the world’s leading audio branding agency, creating unforgettable sound identities for iconic brands. We are looking for Sales Development Representatives to expand our Chicago team.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development Representatives have opportunities for base salary increases up to $80,000 based on merit performance.
- Sales Development Representatives enjoy monthly incentives, awards, and Presidents Club dinners.

Qualifications
- Starting Base Salary: $40,000
- On Target Earnings: $75,000-$80,000 in Year 1
- Uncapped commission – top performers take home $90,000+
- $10,000 base pay raise every time you hit target three months in a row (up to $80,000k)
- One-time $2,000 bonus upon completion of training program
- Three-month training program & ongoing career development
- Work-from-home day when you reach Senior 2
