About the Role

HubbleHut is an AI-driven HR and talent solutions company. The Blockchain Intern role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in researching blockchain trends, protocols, and use cases relevant to HR tech, talent platforms, and AI-powered products.
• Analyze blockchain and cryptocurrency markets.
• Support the design of distributed ledger solutions.
• Prepare technical briefs, documentation, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to evaluate potential integrations.
• Conduct basic prototypes or proof-of-concept implementations under supervision.
• Contribute to data-driven recommendations.
• Stay current with regulatory and industry developments and share insights.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong foundational knowledge of Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).
• Interest in practical applications within HR tech and AI products.
• Understanding of Cryptography concepts and their role in secure transactions and data integrity on distributed systems.
• Basic familiarity with Cryptocurrency ecosystems and the relationship between digital assets, blockchain networks, and market dynamics.
• Awareness of Finance principles, especially as they relate to digital assets, token economics, and transaction models.
• Exposure to programming or scripting languages (such as Python, JavaScript, or Solidity) and an interest in building blockchain prototypes is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to document findings clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
