Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and monitoring of NICU patients
• Participate in neonatal patient assessment and clinical care
• Monitor vital signs and clinical condition of newborns
• Assist senior paediatricians/neonatologists in patient management
• Review investigations and assist with treatment plans
• Attend neonatal emergencies and provide appropriate initial management
• Coordinate with nursing staff and the multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate patient records and NICU documentation
• Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols

Qualifications

• MD/DNB – Paediatrics or DCH

Experience

• Fellow: Freshers can apply
• Clinical Associate: 1 year relevant experience

Candidate Profile

• MD/DNB Paediatrics or DCH
• Freshers are welcome for the Fellow position
• 1 year experience preferred for Clinical Associate
• Good clinical knowledge and communication skills
• Strong interest in neonatal and critical care
• Willingness to work in a hospital-based NICU environment

Professional Fees

• Fellow: ₹75,000 per month
• Clinical Associate: ₹1 – ₹1.20 Lakhs per month
