SAP Quality Management Consultant

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated early-career consultant to join our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud team. You'll configure and support Quality Management (QM) processes – quality planning, inspections, results recording and quality notifications – using SAP Fiori apps and Central Business Configuration. You'll work alongside senior consultants and developers on live client projects, with structured mentoring as you grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Support fit-to-standard workshops for quality processes in procurement, production and sales
• Configure quality settings in Central Business Configuration and SSCUIs, such as inspection types, sampling procedures, catalogs and notification types
• Set up and maintain master data: master inspection characteristics, inspection methods, inspection plans and quality info records
• Support quality inspection using Fiori apps: Manage Inspection Lots, Record Inspection Results, Record Usage Decision, Manage Quality Notifications
• Support goods receipt inspection (MM), in-process and final inspection (PP) and delivery inspection (SD), including certificates of analysis
• Support data migration of inspection plans and characteristics using the SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit
• Work with ABAP developers on extensions and output forms (e.g., quality certificates) and write functional specifications
• Perform unit, integration and user acceptance testing, and prepare user guides and configuration documents

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of quality processes: inspection lot, results recording, usage decision and quality notification
• Understanding of QM master data: inspection characteristics, inspection methods, sampling procedures and inspection plans
• Basic knowledge of quality concepts such as sampling, defects and corrective actions
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori Launchpad and Fiori apps
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication in English

Good to Have

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP Activate methodology or Central Business Configuration
• Understanding of integration of QM with MM (goods receipt), PP (production) and SD (delivery)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP or other quality standards
• SAP certification or completed training in SAP QM / S/4HANA Quality Management
• Academic or internship experience in quality control, quality assurance or manufacturing

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / MBA / M.Com / B.Com / MCA or equivalent
• Graduation year = 2024–2026 graduates
