- Experience in US logistics operations.
- Customer Service proficiency.
- Knowledge of US transportation regulations, market trends, and freight rate structures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with logistics software, load boards, and basic MS Office tools.
- Proven track record in a freight brokerage or logistics role.
- Prior US market experience strongly preferred.
Qualifications
- Relevant education in logistics, supply chain, business, or equivalent professional experience.
