Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Government Polytechnic Institute.
- Only candidates from the 2025 and 2026 passing batches are eligible.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical components, and industrial safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Good observational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts and on the shop floor.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office for data entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Interest in bearings, automotive components, or precision engineering is preferred.
- Prior industrial training is an advantage.
