About the Role
This B2B sales development program offers early-career participants hands-on experience in sales and customer engagement. Over four months, you'll develop the skills needed to succeed in B2B sales through world-class training, executive exposure, professional coaching, and real-world customer engagement. You'll learn how to prospect, build relationships, solve business challenges, and close deals that make an impact.
Program Highlights
- Start with immersive training at the company in Dallas, TX.
- Receive a $4,000 housing stipend during the program.
- Get hands-on experience working with real customers and business solutions.
- Transition into a full-time outside sales role with the company.
- Earn $93K-$117K+ annually after program completion, with uncapped commission opportunities for top performers.
- Earn an annualized base salary of $57,000 during foundational training (Program Months 1 & 2).
- Earn a $2,000 graduation bonus upon successful completion.
