About the Role
All Star Physical Therapy in Desert Hot Springs, CA is seeking a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for their outpatient orthopedic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Applying clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
- Guiding and overseeing dedicated PT's & PTA's.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
- AHA BLS required.
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards.
- AI documentation software utilized to reduce documentation time.

Compensation & Benefits
- $49 - $55/hour.
- Daily productivity incentives (up to an extra ~$1300/month).
