About the Role
This role involves maintaining student welfare, addressing student concerns, coordinating support services, and creating a safe, positive, and inclusive campus environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to students.
- Listen to student grievances and coordinate with appropriate departments for resolution.
- Be in rounds on campus and monitor students.
- Monitor student discipline, dress code, and overall well-being.
- Assist in organizing extracurricular activities, student clubs, and awareness programs.
- Help implement college policies related to student discipline, safety, welfare, and conduct.
- Handle student complaints professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Promote a positive relationship between students, faculty, parents, and the institution.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Education, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in student affairs, academic administration, or educational institutions is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle student concerns with patience, empathy, and confidentiality.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
