About the Role

The Lecture role at RAK PAINTS LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual will deliver structured lectures and training sessions on paint technologies, surface preparation, application methods, and product features to internal teams, clients, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare instructional materials, presentations, and demonstrations to explain technical concepts and best practices.
• Customize content for different audiences, including sales teams, contractors, and technical staff.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to stay updated on new offerings and industry standards.
• Provide feedback on common questions or challenges observed during sessions.
• Support workshops, seminars, and customer training events.
• Assist in documentation, reports, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Presentation, public speaking, and instructional skills.
• Solid knowledge of paints, coatings, construction materials, or related technical fields.
• Ability to design training content and prepare educational materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using presentation tools and basic office software (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Education, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in the coatings or building materials industry is an advantage.
• Additional regional language proficiency is beneficial.
• Relevant professional certifications or teaching/training experience are preferred.
