Quality Assurance Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to help ensure our software applications meet functional requirements and deliver a reliable user experience. The role involves testing application features, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to improve software quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Test web applications and software features against defined requirements.
• Prepare test scenarios and execute functional and regression tests.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies.
• Verify fixes and ensure issues are resolved correctly.
• Collaborate with developers to investigate and reproduce defects.
• Perform cross-browser and basic responsive testing.
• Maintain test documentation and report testing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Understanding of software testing concepts and development life cycles.
• Familiarity with test cases, bug reporting, and defect tracking.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
