About the Role

The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions using .net, asp.net, C#, and SQL Server. The individual will oversee the technical architecture, design, development, and deployment of projects while ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for projects.
• Ensure project timelines are met and projects are delivered within budget.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to complex problems.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in .net, asp.net, and sql server development.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members to enhance overall team performance.
• Implement best practices for software development and ensure code quality standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in .net framework, asp.net, and sql server.

• Knowledge of frontend technologies such as html, css, javascript, and jquery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills to effectively lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members effectively.
• Azure

Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) are preferred but not mandatory.
