Position: Sports / MSK Physiotherapist (Full-time)

About the Role

As a Sports / MSK Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing rehabilitation programs for our clients. You’ll conduct live 1-on-1 training sessions of 1 hour each, conduct assessments, document case details, and work closely with the support staff to provide an integrated approach to rehabilitation. You will also have the opportunity to learn advanced rehabilitation techniques and work on end-stage Return-to-Play (RTP) strategies for sports clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online live sessions with clients 8 hours/day, guiding them through their rehabilitation programs.
• Regularly update client workouts in the application at periodic intervals.
• Conduct and submit detailed assessment reports.
• Continuously explore rescheduling possibilities for clients who have missed sessions.
• Maintain clean records of client sessions, weekly progress, and results in Excel.
• Ensure daily submission of client sessions conducted details (training protocols, attendance reports).
• Work in an integrated team environment, collaborating with SnC coaches, physiotherapists, and other professionals.
• Engage in continuous learning to upgrade knowledge and skillset with advanced rehabilitation techniques.
• Contribute to administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
• Assist with end-stage RTP programming for sports clients.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Physiotherapists with a keen interest in MSK/Sports.
• 0-2 YOE (Years of Experience).
• Knowledge of knee-related injuries and RTP programming preferred.
• Willingness to embrace new concepts and stay updated with the latest advancements.
• Ability to effectively connect with clients and team members.
• Loyalty, Work Ethic, and Discipline are non-negotiable.
• Experience with Excel for record keeping.

• Recent graduates are welcome.
• Candidates who enjoy working out and understand progressive overload are preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for learning and developing innovative solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Compensation

• Full-time: 30-35k + incentives (8 hours/day).
