Marketing Intern

About the Role

Career Mantra invites ambitious students and fresh graduates to join a 3-month Sales & Marketing Internship. This role offers an opportunity to learn, apply ideas, interact with clients, and gain practical business experience.

• Location: Pan India
• Work Mode: Work from home / Remote / Work from office, based on role and availability
• Duration: 3 months or 6 months
• Payment Structure: First 1 month unpaid; final month paid. Stipend for the second month will be communicated before offer acceptance. Opportunity for full-time employment with good CTC upon completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand marketing fundamentals, customer needs, and sales processes.
• Contribute to marketing strategies, campaign planning, and execution.
• Research potential customers and identify business opportunities.
• Support lead generation, prospect outreach, and follow-ups.
• Develop client communication, customer handling, and relationship-building skills.
• Write professional emails, outreach messages, and business presentations.
• Track activities, report progress, and work toward assigned goals.

Qualifications

• Students pursuing graduation or postgraduation, graduates, and postgraduates from any discipline.
• Candidates serious about building a career in sales and marketing.
• Strong verbal communication and professional writing skills.
• Ability to draft clear emails and communicate confidently with clients.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to completing the internship.
• Previous experience is not essential.
