About the Role

Seeking a talented Architectural Designer for the Delhi-NCR region with a strong background in architectural design, particularly in the context of consultancy firms and government projects. This role involves creating innovative design solutions that meet client needs while adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present architectural designs that align with project specifications and client expectations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of design concepts.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and ensure designs are feasible and compliant with local regulations.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality and efficiency.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in architectural design principles and practices.
• Strong documentation skills, with experience in preparing detailed drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
