NUDOC Digitech LLP provides professional document scanning, document digitization, book scanning, photo scanning and data entry services to businesses, corporates, housing societies, hospitals, trusts and other institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-speed document scanners for bulk document scanning.
- Prepare physical documents by removing staples, arranging pages and organising papers for scanning.
- Scan documents and check image clarity, completeness and correct orientation.
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure pages are not missing or blurred.
- Handle original documents carefully and maintain confidentiality.
- Follow instructions from the project supervisor and complete assigned work on time.
Work Location
- Employees will work both at the NUDOC office in Bhuleshwar / Charni Road, Mumbai, and at client locations anywhere across Mumbai, depending on project requirements.
- Candidates must be willing to travel to different client sites within Mumbai when assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle physical documents carefully.
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn.
- Responsible, punctual and comfortable working in a team.
Qualifications
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Previous experience in document scanning, data entry or back-office operations is an advantage, but not compulsory.
Salary
- 13,000 - 15,000 per month, depending on the candidate's profile and experience.
