This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North, requiring regular coordination with cross-functional research teams and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory experiments.
• Prepare reagents and samples.
• Assist in biochemical assays and data collection.
• Maintain laboratory equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Document results accurately.
• Contribute to quality control checks on experimental data and materials.
• Collaborate with senior scientists to analyze findings.
• Participate in literature reviews.
• Help prepare technical summaries or internal reports.

Qualifications

• Strong Laboratory Skills and practical experience in basic biochemical techniques.
• Solid Chemistry and Biochemistry knowledge.
• Analytical Skills and Quality Control capabilities.
• Research skills, including literature review, hypothesis formulation, and structured documentation.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a closely related field.
• Ability to follow detailed protocols, maintain accurate records, and comply with laboratory safety regulations.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary research environments.
• Familiarity with basic statistical tools, data analysis software, or laboratory information systems is an advantage.
