Front Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members, visitors, and walk-in customers.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
• Respond to member queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow up with leads and support membership, coaching, and program sales.
• Explain memberships, classes, programs, and facility offerings to customers.
• Coordinate with coaches, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for smooth center operations.
• Ensure the facility is clean, presentable, and ready for members.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, enquiries, payments, and daily activities.
• Handle member feedback and resolve basic concerns, escalating issues when required.
• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and front desk processes.
• Support the Center Manager with day-to-day operational activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Office.

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
• Candidates with experience in the sports, fitness, gym, hospitality, or customer service industry will be preferred.
• Passionate about sports, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
