About the Role
XL Pro Staffing and Consulting Group is hiring an Inventory Cycle Counter to support warehouse operations in Ferris, TX. This role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and assisting with daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inventory counts, audits, and report discrepancies.
- Perform cycle counts using Dynamics 365 Warehouse Management (WMS).
- Research inventory variances, correct records, and maintain accurate reports.
- Use RF scan guns to track product movement.
- Receive and unload trucks, complete inbound audits, and move pallets to storage locations.
- Perform case picking, pallet picking, packing, and shipment preparation.
- Load outbound products and prepare shipping documents.
- Inspect products for damage before packaging or shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including turret trucks, reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, walkie riders, and electric pallet jacks.
- Update inventory information in WMS/ERP systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and perform rework as needed.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- One year of warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to operate turret trucks, stand-up forklifts, EPJs, and walkie riders.
- Must be flexible with job assignments.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hours per shift.
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and climbing.
- Ability to work in hot or cold warehouse environments with possible exposure to noise, dust, or fumes.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.

Pay Rate: $17.60/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Must be flexible)
