About the Role

As the company grows its online presence, it is investing in creative, engaging content to reach more prospective clients globally. This is a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms.
• Building brand awareness and supporting client acquisition.
• Managing content calendars.
• Drafting post copy.
• Selecting visuals.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with business goals.
• Monitoring social media trends and analytics.
• Responding to comments or inquiries.
• Optimizing content based on performance data.
• Collaborating on campaign ideas.
• Producing short-form video or graphics with basic tools.
• Ensuring all content reflects the company’s professional and inclusive brand voice.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Social media content creation skills, including writing clear, engaging copy and adapting tone for different platforms.
• Ability to plan and organize content through editorial calendars, basic campaign planning, and time management.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube) and understanding trends, hashtags, and platform best practices.
• Basic visual and multimedia skills, such as using simple design tools, creating short videos or reels, and selecting appropriate images.
• Comfort using analytics or insights tools to track engagement, reach, and conversions, and to adjust content strategies accordingly.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• A background or interest in overseas education, career consulting, or related fields is beneficial.
• Prior experience in social media or digital marketing is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in communications, marketing, media, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Relevant experience and portfolio samples will also be considered.
