The Business Development Manager and Design Engineers will collaborate to drive new business opportunities and deliver high-quality engineering solutions for clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development Manager:
• Identify and pursue potential clients.
• Manage sales pipelines.
• Prepare proposals.
• Negotiate contracts.
• Maintain strong customer relationships.
• Design Engineers:
• Translate client requirements into detailed technical designs.
• Prepare engineering drawings and documentation.
• Participate in design reviews.
• Support prototyping and implementation.
• Both Roles:
• Collaborate to drive new business opportunities and deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to project planning and timelines.
• Ensure solutions meet quality, cost, and performance expectations while aligning with company standards and client specifications.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Business development and client relationship skills: lead generation, proposal development, and negotiation.
• Technical design and engineering skills: concept development, CAD/design tools proficiency, and preparation of technical documentation.
• Project coordination skills: planning, time management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to contribute effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Advanced qualifications or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in technology, engineering services, or product development industries is preferred.
