Management Trainee

About the Role

The CE New Graduate Rotational Program 2026/2027 is designed for entry-level qualified candidates eager to learn and grow within an organization that prioritizes its people. Participants will spend approximately 12 months developing and mastering essential tools and skills across multiple aspects of the organization. This program offers a cross-functional, hands-on learning experience through guided segments.

Program Focus Areas

• Orientation to Carrier Enterprise’s mission, vision, values, and culture
• Product and sales knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies
• Residential/Commercial Sales
• Wholesale/Branch sales functions
• Distribution/Warehouse functions
• Creating a great customer experience

Upon successful completion, participants will be able to implement, demonstrate, and provide the highest level of customer service. Opportunities exist in sales, branch sales, warehouse operations, finance, marketing, and more.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution with a major in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field of study.
• Graduation within two years of obtaining the bachelor's degree.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be creative, self-motivated, tenacious, ambitious, and enthusiastic.
• Ability to work in changing environments and navigate complexity.
• Willingness to travel during the training period.
• Ability to relocate upon completion of the training program.

A strong interest in and desire to learn any of the following is a plus:

• Customer service
• Distribution operations
• Supply chain operations
• Store operations
• Commercial engineering

Internship experience in any of the above areas is a plus.
