About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Intern to support our E-commerce Manager in managing online stores and day-to-day marketplace operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in e-commerce management, product listing, marketplace operations, order processing and online business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the E-commerce Manager in daily online store operations.
• Create and update product listings on platforms such as Etsy, Shopify and other marketplaces.
• Help with product titles, descriptions, tags, keywords and listing optimisation.
• Maintain accurate product details, pricing, inventory and order records.
• Monitor orders, shipments, dispatch status and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with the design, production and dispatch teams.
• Conduct basic competitor research and product trend analysis.
• Support promotional activities and marketplace growth initiatives.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports on listings, orders and store performance.
• Ensure product information is accurate and updated across platforms.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn marketplace tools and e-commerce processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive attitude, ownership and problem-solving ability.

Who Can Apply?

Freshers, graduates and students interested in e-commerce, digital business, online marketplaces and business operations are welcome to apply. Prior experience with Etsy, Shopify, Amazon or other marketplaces will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
