About the Role

Enlightened ATL is seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join its growing team as Community Outreach & Engagement Associates. This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in nonprofit communications, event marketing, public relations, community engagement, and leadership development. The role involves supporting nonprofit organizations and community-focused campaigns by connecting directly with the public, increasing awareness of important causes, and encouraging meaningful community participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations and community-focused initiatives at local events and outreach campaigns.
• Engage with community members through professional, face-to-face communication.
• Educate the public about nonprofit missions, programs, and opportunities to get involved.
• Support fundraising awareness, donor engagement, and community participation initiatives.
• Assist with the coordination and execution of nonprofit promotional events.
• Build positive relationships with community members, supporters, and event participants.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach goals and campaign objectives.
• Participate in professional development workshops focused on communications, marketing, and leadership.
