About the Role

• For: Freshers (MBA HR) – 2025/2026 batch

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates using Job portals, social media, etc.
• Assessing candidates as per the job mandate.
• Lining up candidates for interviews.
• Following up on interview status and managing candidate pipeline.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MBA HR / Engineering Graduates – passed out in 2025 or 2026.

Qualifications

• Inclination to make a mark in the field of Human Resources (Talent Acquisition).
• Excellent relationship management / people engagement skills.
• Superior communication skills.
• Ability to work in tight deadlines.
• Common-sense.

Compensation: INR 25 K per month (inclusive of benefits) + incentives (up to 10 k per month) - Total Compensation Earning Potential - up to 4,20,000 lpa inclusive of incentives.
