Role: Helpdesk Support Engineer / Technical Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mid-level troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical problems.
- Follow readily available instructions to resolve issues.
- Dive deep into Knowledge Bases (KBs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to find solutions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English (B1 CEFR level).
- Rotational shifts apply.
