ODE Consultants Pvt Ltd is an international BIM and MEP engineering consultancy focused on the built environment, delivering services across healthcare, education, residential, aviation, and commercial building projects. The team provides design support, BIM solutions, and comprehensive design and construction documentation support for global clients. The firm is committed to producing robust project outputs that support both immediate project needs and future use.

This is a full-time, on-site Tekla Rebar Modeler role based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed 3D reinforcement models using Tekla Structures for building and infrastructure projects.
• Interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Model rebar and associated elements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Coordinate models with multidisciplinary BIM teams.
• Prepare accurate shop drawings and bar bending schedules.
• Resolve clashes and inconsistencies.
• Support design and construction documentation workflows.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, BIM coordinators, and project managers to maintain model quality, meet project deadlines, and contribute to continuous improvement of modeling practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures (rebar modeling), including 3D reinforcement detailing, shop drawings, and bar bending schedules.
• Solid understanding of structural engineering concepts, reinforcement detailing standards, and relevant building codes.
• Experience working within BIM environments, including model coordination, clash detection, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve modeling issues and inconsistencies.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work constructively within project teams and with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with related software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or other BIM platforms) is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in rebar detailing or BIM modeling is preferred.
