Space Control Modeling and Simulation Engineer

About the Role

Palski & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Space Control Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Engineer to join small agile teams in Colorado Springs, CO. This role involves working side-by-side with government counterparts to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the country's space assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and utilize modeling and simulation tools to analyze space control missions.
• Integrate ideas from multiple government entities and organizations.
• Use detailed technical analysis to assist government stakeholders in making informed decisions regarding the space domain.
• Use intelligence-backed models to analyze how force designs achieve joint force mission objectives under threat.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong background in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Math, and/or Physics.
• Experience with space systems engineering and technical knowledge with a focus on Orbital Warfare, Space Domain Awareness, and/or Astrodynamics.
• Strong knowledge of programming and modeling & simulation applications, including Python, C++, Java.

Qualifications

• An ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance.
