About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across Hike Education, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
- Source candidates through multiple channels.
- Screen resumes.
- Conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand job requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines.
- Provide a positive candidate experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment data and reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of hiring processes and practices.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience using applicant tracking systems.
- Experience using job portals.
- Experience using professional networking platforms for talent sourcing.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing, including assessing candidate fit and coordinating selection stages.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requirements.
- Ability to meet hiring timelines.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in EdTech or education services is an advantage.
