Service Engineer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role. The Service Engineer will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer locations, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosing technical issues.
• Executing troubleshooting procedures.
• Providing timely field service support.
• Documenting service activities.
• Preparing basic reports.
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Interacting with customers on-site.
• Offering clear communication.
• Providing basic training on equipment usage.
• Professional follow-up to ensure a positive service experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills.
• Field Service experience, including on-site visits, customer interaction, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Effective Communication skills.
• Maintenance & Repair skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
• Basic proficiency with diagnostic tools and instruments.
• Willingness to travel locally for field assignments in and around Hyderabad.
• Valid authorization to work in the location.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
• Previous experience in industrial equipment, machinery, or similar service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
