Job Title: Entry Level Associate
Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Shift Timings: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM / 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (US Shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Review job descriptions and understand client requirements.
- Execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates.
- Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media, etc.
- Assess applicant’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
- Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Build strong candidate relationships and credibility to leverage trust for referrals.
- Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment, and gain commitment from candidates.
- Submit candidate’s resume to hiring managers for scrutiny or consideration.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates and keep them updated on their candidature.
- Partner with the onsite sales team in North America to understand client needs and requirements.
- Engage regularly with candidates through email, voice & video calls.
