About the Role

Mpower Direct LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join their Residential Sales Team as Sales Representatives. This is an opportunity to build a career in the renewable energy sector with a focus on customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for potential customers using targeted outreach, lead generation strategies, and networking.
• Manage assigned territories to identify potential customers and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of renewable energy and potential energy savings.
• Guide interested homeowners through the sales and enrollment process by building trust and addressing questions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Full-Time Position
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Work Environment: Weekends off, with optional weekend opportunities for additional earning potential.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
