About the Role
W.B. Mason is seeking a passionate, full-time Entry-Level Outside Sales Rep to join their dynamic team. This role offers opportunities for growth within a privately owned company with over a century of history, characterized by a supportive, family-like atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Explore assigned territory by car or on foot.
- Introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason's offerings.
- Meet with potential clients to uncover their needs.
- Demonstrate products and share web tools.
- Offer custom pricing.
- Assist new customers with setup through MasonvilleGO.
- Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams for smooth new account transitions.
- Participate in regular branch sales meetings.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Customer service experience
- Retail sales experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to converse, read, and write in English
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
