Entry Level Sales Representative

About the Role

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners in local neighborhoods, initiate conversations, and help schedule free in-home consultations. This role focuses on generating interest through a great first impression, not closing deals.

What You'll Do

• Work in local neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners.
• Help homeowners learn about Mad City Windows & Baths and set appointments for In-Home Sales Representatives.
• Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional way.
• Introduce window, bath, and kitchen solutions.
• Create interest and answer basic questions.
• Schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for sales representatives.
• Work with your team to hit daily and weekly goals.
