Social Growth Creator/Manager (Part-Time)

About the Role

Ingenio is looking for a Social Growth Creator/Manager to help make Keen an active, relevant voice in conversations about relationships, dating, careers, big decisions, intuition, pop culture, and modern life. This is a hands-on creator role.

• Hours: ~25 hours/week
• Location: San Francisco strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Concept, shoot, edit, and publish short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other relevant platforms.
• Get behind and in front of the camera for talking-to-camera videos, reactions, interviews, trends, comment responses, and IRL content.
• Stay plugged into social and cultural conversations to identify opportunities for Keen to contribute.
• Develop recurring formats and franchises for quick and consistent production.
• Engage with comments, creators, and communities, turning audience conversations into new content.
• Collaborate with Keen practitioners, creators, and employees to feature real people in social content.
• Continually test hooks, formats, and topics, using performance data to inform content strategy.
• Build a repeatable social growth engine.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Demonstrated experience creating content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or other social-first platforms.
• A portfolio, personal social presence, or examples showing content you have personally concepted, filmed, and edited.
• Comfortable and compelling speaking on camera.
• Strong short-form video editing and storytelling skills.
• Deep familiarity with social trends, creators, and internet culture.
• Strong instincts for what makes people stop, watch, comment, and share.
• Highly self-starting with a bias toward making and testing.
• Comfortable working quickly and maintaining a consistent content cadence.
• Experience with consumer brands, apps, or services is a plus.
• Interest in relationships, self-discovery, spirituality, and intuition is a plus.

Additional Information

• Pay: Up to $80/hour (US hourly range). Compensation details reflect hourly rate only and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
• Work Authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization. This role does not sponsor visas.
• In-Office Expectation (SF Bay Area): If located in the San Francisco Bay Area, expected to work from the SF office three days per week (Tuesdays-Thursdays) for collaboration and IRL content creation.
